Fiona and I have been renting at kooky for almost 3 months . We have had a great time and any small issues were resolved by the very efficient Charlie and Derrick . Initially we had a hot water consistency problem which was sorted out punctually . The only irritation are the noisy revellers but I doubt kooky can do anything about it . Kooky is modern spacious and conveniently positioned. We definitely recommend it to people that may be looking to move in .

Love my flat, lots of windows that lets in a lot of natural light and I have a great little balcony to sit on when the weather is nice. The interior is decorated in a fun colorful way that gives the flat a playful vibe. Location is also prime, right across from the mall and only a 10 min walk to the train station.

Kooky Redhill has been an excellent experience for me; from day one, Charlie and the team have been super helpful in sorting out any of my concerns. It was so quick and easy to move in especially with the furnishing of the flats!

Anybody renting at the moment knows how unbelievably difficult it can be - from unhelpful landlords to crazy high rent prices - which is what makes Kooky such a breath of fresh air. We've been renting with them now for a little over a year, and it has been an absolute delight dealing with them. From the stunning interior, to the convenient central location on one side, to the swift and caring management team on the other. I'd like to single out Emily, Deni and Jas. Emily was our first contact with Kooky last year, and she truly set the tone to what would be a fantastic professional relationship. We initially didn't think the advertisement was real, as we had been flat hunting for so long and had dealt with so many different housing agencies and landlords, that Kooky looked too good to be true. The price advertised is what we paid, no stupid negotiating, with the flat going to the highest bidder. We also couldn't attend the initial viewing but were allowed to put down a refundable holding deposit so we didn't lose the flat in the mean time. Emily was with us every step of the way during these early stages, and we are eternally grateful. After moving in, we've had the pleasure of dealing with our building manager Deni, and now Jas that Deni is away on leave. They are both so incredibly helpful, and despite what must be quite a difficult and stressful job, they always respond quickly, professionally, and either with an immediate solution, or to let you know that they are looking into how they can help. The ethos of Kooky is truly felt through the fantastic team mentioned above, and I'm sure countless others working tirelessly behind the scenes, to make the living experience for their residents the best it can possibly be. If you're on the fence about which housing agency to go with, or if you're feeling defeated by the state of the housing market, then I hope this review will help you see that there are still good companies out there. The kooky team was very helpful throughout the entire process by replying to us quickly, finding solutions hastily and being really cheerful especially in person. Awesome Management team right from the house hunting journey to the end of tenancy. Ben,Alicia and all the ex staff who have been supportive in all the queries and concerns which gets resolved within 48 hrs of notifying. Ben is from Sales team and he does absolutely a marvellous job. Articulate, Professional, polite. Alicia the GM for the Bishop Stortford property has been so accommodating with all my requests and dealt with it so swiftly. I lived in this flat for nearly 18months. Location, facility management and service requests response on anything which needs fixing in general scores 10 out of 10.

My key fob didn’t work this morning and I couldn’t get into my apartment. I called Alicia and she was excellent in helping sort it all out. Told me exactly when she would get to the building and actually got here earlier and came over and got it all sorted for me so I could go out and get my day started. Thanks again Alicia 👍🏾

I’ve moved recently to Kooky Bishop’s stortford, the process was smooth, the agents were very helpful and available all the time specially Alicia and Ben, they’ve made the process very easy for us and provided all the necessities and information required. Very good job.

From start to finish these guys have been great. Made the process so easy, the apartments are great and the building has a hotel like feel, makes it stand out when compared to anywhere else. Great experience for staying in Kooky Bishop's Stortford, especially it was the first time we rented an apartment in UK. It is clean and well equipped with all you needed for your daily life. Highly appreciated the customer service provided by Vesa and Rosie. Rosie has solved all the big and small issues for the whole building and for us. Would definitely recommended for staying

5 stars is not enough for how impressed I am with Kooky! From viewing to moving the experience was seamless and stress free! I have been looking for my dream home for months and when this particular property came on the market i thought it was too good to be true there must be a hidden catch somewhere. At the viewing I was warmly introduced to the property and all of its amenities and then the process after was very quick and transparent. I would like to thank Jess in particular for maintaining a great line of communication even though I appreciate she must be very busy dealing with some many enquiries/tennants, she was patient and metaphorically held my hand through the whole process of securing my new home. She understood clearly my requirements and delivered exactly what she promised. I really look forward to moving into my new home, thanks Jess and the rest of the team at Kooky :)

We have had a great experience with Kooky. The flats are furnished and decorated to the highest standard and the overall block is aesthetically pleasing, and feels like a hotel. We are particularly thankful for the continuous support we have had from the Customer Service team. From arranging minor repairs and regular maintenance, to managing emergency situations, Vesa and Rosie have always been super responsive and professional.

We very much enjoyed our residence at Kooky Bishop's Stortford. Members of the Kooky team are professional, friendly and helpful. Vesa and Rosie are highly responsive to our requests for minor repair works at our unit or regular maintenance appointment arrangements. They also demonstrate a high level of customer care when dealing with emergency situations and housekeeping issues. All in all we are very satisfied with the services provided by Kooky throughout.

What can i say? I cant even begin to start on how amazing Kooky as a whole is. Starting point from Ben who called me and explained what was going on and how it all worked, as i was a first time renter. Kooky Bishops is absolutely stunning, the apartments are beautiful, the area was amazing and super super cool! The whole aesthetic is just insane. Moving on to my move in date and meeting with Vesa, AMAZING!! You see sometimes you feel people bring you onboard and then forget about you, until today and the last day Vesa has been super nice, very approachable and very understanding on whatever the circumstances are! I absolutely recommend Kooky to anyone who is looking to rent. Their team is so friendly and amazing, honestly if you ever post a role in finance, hire me haha!! Best experience i have had. A massive thanks to everyone and Rosie who came onto the team just before i was leaving but again, super responsive with anything, very kind and helpful! I am very much going to miss living in Bishops Stortford, but i will certainly recommend any of the Kooky apartments in any area, purely because of how well managed it is and how good the staff are. #LongLiveKooky

Recently moved into Kooky Whetstone. Such beautiful modern boutique apartments! Clean, bright and lots of storage space. Vesa and the Kooky team are amazing, the client service really is excellent. Great for pet owners. Absolutely love the place!

We would like to give a big thank you to Vesa, Rosie, Emily and the team @ Kooky Whetstone. We had a wonderful time in the flat we rented. The flat was bright, spacious, furnished to an incredibly hight standard. The big plus is its well soundproofed. The surrounding area is great for young kids. Kooky are corporate landlords, and the team are incredibly easy to work with. We know a individual private landlord can turn into a bit of a lottery in terms of service, however, Kooky are a sure bet.

Really great service, exceeded all expectations. Emily was super friendly, outstanding from start to finish and made the whole experience stress free. I can’t thank and you all enough!

I've been enjoying my apartment since April 2022. It's definitely a perfect place for living. There is everything you need: brand new, stylish flats, big balconies, terraced garden, gym, concierge, close to the bus stop, train station, and supermarket. What's more, Kooky's service is incredible! They really care about their renters. If there is a problem or something you don't like, just say it, and it's gone. Special thanks to Emily, who showed me the apartment, answered all my questions and helped with everything until the moment of moving in. And a million thanks to Vesa, who truly provides the best customer care I've ever experienced. This is definitely a great place to rent. I just moved to the UK, and I am incredibly happy that I chose Kooky. It feels like you are at home.

Kooky is the best place to rent from. Vesa and Rosie are absolutely gems they have been helpful from the first day me and partner have moved in. They are an asset to the business. The building is safe and secure I feel very safe thank you to the girls for making me feel so welcomed.
