Kooky offers fully furnished, stylish apartments that match the photos in the advertisement perfectly. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to a shopping mall and several supermarkets, making daily errands a breeze. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We've interacted with Emily, Deni, Jas, Laureta, and Chris, all of whom have been great. Chris, in particular, is a kind and polite handyman who has professionally assisted us with a few household repairs.

Kooky in High Wycombe has a modern and stylish design, which gives it a really nice, fresh feel. It feels more like a hotel than apartments which I love. Also really like the paint colours inside the apartment compared to the typical white walls you get. The building management is fantastic, and Jas is always around if there's anything we need and is super quick to respond!

Excellent Property, very safe, amazing amenities and most importantly caring and supportive staff. Ben and Charlie were most helpful . We are grateful to them for supporting us throughout and for continuing the same.

Kooky apartments are such good quality. So nice to live in and love that they are pet friendly. Definitely would recommend

The apartment building itself has a beautiful boutique design and so do the furnished apartments. The apartments come with stylish furniture including suede material couches and queen-size beds with suede exterior. The kitchens are stylishly designed and come with all needed appliances. The rental also includes free 150MB fibre broadband internet. The building is also pet-friendly with a private small dog-park.

So creative and handy!! The apartment has all the basic furniture and facilities, which is very helpful for a first home. The beds are very comfy. The building and property management are so kind, friendly and approachable, which is really nice for whenever I’ve come across issues

After living in the building for a full year, I can confidently say the apartment itself is a standout – featuring modern, high-quality furniture and decent domestic appliances that made my stay comfortable and convenient. The management staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, being helpful and kind throughout my tenancy. A modern building, its location is truly excellent, offering both style and practicality.

When I set out to look for a new home and development. I went in search for a crucial aesthetic, design, security and sheer all round-good feeling. At Kooky I got all the above and more. Equally I requested a water view. This took my breath away and still does every day I stand on my wide balcony and drink my coffee every morning.

Apartments are well designed and cosy. Very stylish too!. Whenever we had an issue, it was always picked up with urgency. Great place and we’ve enjoyed living here the past 2 years.

I was so lucky to bump into Alicia in COOP outside the luxury development, Kooky. We got into a conversation about the area my move to Bishops Stortford! I was surprised to hear how she introduced herself as the general manager of the luxury development, Kooky. Her aura, energy and communication was so captivating and her knowledge was so on point and helpful for someone like myself who’s moved from London to a an unknown area that reassured me enough to settle in Bishop Stortford. Although Alicia made the development very inviting, the value of the apartments in comparison to other apartments on the market, it was a shame that was above my budget. This review was purely to shout out Alicia, her professionalism and personality which left a lasting effect, she stood out compared to all the other agents I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend not only a professionalism but also her ability to meet customers needs . She is a truly one of a rare. I’ve tried to reach out to get in touch with Alicia since but unfortunately haven’t been able to get in touch. Can someone from Kooky be helpful with. We have just settled into our kooky house. During this process, Ben and Alicia sincerely answered all our questions and supported us in every aspect during our settlement process. We feel very lucky to have met them.

I am genuinely astonished by the productivity, effectiveness, and diligence Jas Uppal brings to her role as General Manager at Kooky. She consistently goes above and beyond my expectations, always approaching her work with such diligence and positivity that it's truly inspiring. As I lived in Kooky, Jas managed to resolve several issues with water, heating and parcel deliveries, each time with incredible efficiency, care and responsibility. Her commitment to her residents' satisfaction is something I'm personally grateful for her support. I know for the fact that she is a perfect manager of the building and Kooky is lucky to have her.

Love the flats here! From the high end furniture to its kooky colours standing out from others anywhere. What makes this a special rent is the management of the building, it’s absolutely fantastic! Alicia always swiftly replies to any questions or queries we have, we really get the go above and beyond high premium service here. Fast communication to solving any potential problems we may have, we really do feel the warmth from her, she is a asset to Kooky

Been living here a few months and everything from the apartment to the communal areas are spot on which was a priority for me. Location is great too with shops and all essentials nearby. The stations close, a 2 minute walk which again was priority for me to get into London with ease. Super happy this place.

The communal spaces in Kooky are like nothing I’ve seen in rental properties before. It’s like having access to a hotel lobby and workspaces right at home. I can’t recommend it enough if you WFH. My apartment is lovely and the pet-friendly policy is a huge bonus. My cat and I are loving it here!!

I had the pleasure of staying in this exceptionally comfortable and lovely flat in Bishops Stortford. Alicia & Ben (Site Managers) went above and beyond my expectations in helping with any questions, requests and accommodating my needs. They really made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The flat is as pictured, clean and spacious. I would highly recommend.
